Everything is plugged in correctly according to the manual that came with the speakers as well as a manual I found on the Logitech website.

SoundMax won't install either though I downloaded HDA audio drivers it requested. Flash download stuffed up my SoundMax after factory reset. I decided to do a factory reset after Youtube starting slowing down. After reset it (Youtube) kind of worked better. then the audio disappeared from the laptop.
