    If any clips are Audio Snap enabled when you export, then Sonar has to do the offline rendering process before it can export the track normally. There's no option to export at the lower "live Audio Snap" quality. I can't think of any way audiosnap could get turned on "automatically" as such, but it's easy to do by accident.
