    Nothing wrong with you or your PC, the Special Edition audio files are way more compressed than the original Skyrim, tons of articles and user posts about this topic. I just tested both games and to me they are both the same. However, it's very quiet when i use audio through USB. It's fine and both the same with headphones from the audio jack.
