    As soon as I connect (BT) the surround sound to the TV I have the sync problem. When I hook up the surround to my old tv no problem. From my understanding of things the issue may very well lie with the audio "SAP" setting in the shaw box, and you can't turn it off, you can only reset it, which does nothing to rectify the problem.
