On the top part of the window of the program, I clicked on Help>Support>Reinstall Screaming Bee Microphone. I rebooted my computer again and waited a couple minutes for the drivers to reinstall. That seemed to do the trick for me. I hope I don't have to figure my way around this again. It took me three hours.
