According to https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/nu7100. there is no analogue audio out (3.5mm or other type). The optical audio out looks like the original TOSLINK square port, which never carries any electrical connectors (unlike the 3.5mm round optical out which usually carries both optical and eletrical connectors.

UE40JU6050 audio out über cinch geht nicht. Hallo, ich habe einen Samsung TV UE40JU6050 und bin sehr zufrieden. Nun wollte ich den TV an meine Hifi-Anlage anschliessen. Also Cinch Kabel (rot weiss) in die dafür vorgesehen Cinch-Buchsen auf der TV Rückseite rein und das andere Ende in Audio In in die Hifi-Anlage.

Though if your TV is the Samsung UE40B6000VW, I'm not sure if it has an Audio Out. It does have a SCART connector, and that may have Audio Outs that can be accessed with an adapter.
