I have the Samsung s20 ultra. My first one got sent back due to distortion on recording sound with video. Im still having this same issue with the sound going like in waves of lower and normal sound. After i updated to android 11 OS on my note 10, I was having that distorted audio whenever i connect. I fixed it by turning on the developer option setting "Turn off A2DP Hardware offload" and then I searched for "separate sound app" in the sound settings of the phone and added spotify to that. Lastly, I wiped the android cache as follows:
