SageTV has essentially stopped recording audio. When I watch LiveTV or recorded programs, the video is correct, but the audio is basically not there. If I crank the audio control all the way up and turn the speakers all the way up, the sound is faintly heard under the audio hiss caused by the 'crank-ups'. I can watch youtube ok with SageTV.

I get the video from all 3 sources but no audio from the audio connection. I get audio from the COAX connection. I know the tapes have audio. I connected the player to a TV with the same hookups and the video and audio play correctly from the player. I get the same results using the Haupauge software.

OK, just got SageTV installed after a bit of trouble. However, I can't get audio to work. I set both audio and video decoder to the WinDVD decoders from the Hauppauge program. I get the tv picture, but no audio. I tried all the different choices in the audio decoder as well as soundcard, but I get nothing. any ideas? Hardware:
