Terry, I see the difference now between my setup and yours, on the Capture Settings/File Format form I see that it is set to '.aac' but the 'audio format' and 'Bits per sample' values are grayed out. I guess this means the codec is not installed. Maybe the AAC codec is not part of the Easy Media Creator 8 install.
