    I guess filter does not really matter. Leave it at default fast roll off. Theoretically the best one is fast roll off. I have same headphone 250ohm version. There shouldn't be hissing sound though. Yes highs are a bit strong. You have to play with equalizer. I'm using surround with a little bit of crystalizer when playing games or watching movies.
