Rockville, if you are reading this, the world of car audio is very disappointed in you. Not for the low quality subs that you are producing. The method by which Rockville provides power ratings is suspect, but they do seem to make clean power. I've also read that their K9 subwoofer line is supposedly a bargain in the SPL realm.
