I tried a wired headphone and it worked afterwards. Also could be the sound setting, you need to have them set to the highest sounds quality. In the Fireface USB settings window, the default buffer size setting is 256. With this setting, with the exclusive mode enabled, Rocksmith 2014 will just be muted. If you increase it, you will get audio but it'll be all messed up and crackly. However: If you set it to 96 samples OR LOWER, it will work!
