I tried a wired headphone and it worked afterwards. Also could be the sound setting, you need to have them set to the highest sounds quality. Control Panel<Sounds Settings<Properties of the connected audio device<Advanced and scroll through the best setting there. Usually rocksmith wont detect if its on the low settings.

Anyways, today I went from 10240 to 10547 and the game stopped being able to take control of the audio output, since I didn't test with older builds can't say since when there is a problem.
