Same problem: I have 2 sound output devices, the built in Realtek audio interface and an usb audio interface that is preselectet by windows. Every time when I play on Youtube the first title, the usb interface is correctly working. From the second title on the sound is sent to the Realtek interface. This is only a Vivaldi behavior.
