My Realtek High Definition Audio (Default device) Microphone has a response delay. The problem started about 5 days ago, Whether it be over Facebook or Discord, when I say something 10 seconds later I will hear their response. I played back my audio using the 'hear this device' option on the mic settings, and I hear myself back just fine.

This workaround seems to have worked (although do try it at your own risk), basically we're replacing the RealTek audio driver with a generic one: 1) [Windows] + S > Device Manager. 2) [Your computer name] > Sound, video and game controllers > RealTek High Definition Audio (SST) > Right click > Properties
