Uninstalling this "Realtek High Definition Audio Device" and performing a "scan for hardware changes" brings back the "High Definition Audio Device" and loads the Microsoft generic Driver 10.0.10122.0 / 13.05.2015 and... Sound is back OK. But... ...at the next Power Sequence it goes thru an upgrade Routine and reinstalls the " Realtek"
