Those are the only ones on the Realtek website's documentation that are for 7.1 HD audio with AC'97 front panel headphone. The problem is, there's nowhere on the Realtek website to download those. The downloads on there have the ALC888S codec, which doesn't support the AC'97 front headphone jack.

Hello! Recently I have decided to make a sleeper PC for the fun of it, but I've encountered an issue. The front panel audio does not work, and my assumption is it is to do with it being AC97 and not HD audio. Is there anyways to easily convert AC97 to HD Audio? Perhaps by swapping pins? EDIT: nope the hd connector still only works in ac97 mode. I don't think the bios settings are flipped because the options with in the realtek control panel change to the normal ones for HD audio computers. and all the wires in the HD connector match those in the pictures in the linked URL in the OP.
