Realtek Audio AC97 Not Working Windows 10 Version 10240. I am running SuperMicro PDSGE with Realtek AC97 audio. After install of Windows 10 (Version 10.0.10240) yesterday, my computer blue screens with RTKVAC64.SYS as the problem. Uninstalled audio device through safe mode, no Realtek drivers available from Realtek's website work.

This proves that Realtek is working. If it's still not working then I can't help you, but if it is: Unplug the speaker lead and plug into the the Green audio connection at the rear. Your speakers will probably not work but this will bring up the info box again and there will be a tick against the Rear Speaker entry.

Check that your audio controller is enabled there, if it isn't then right-click and enable it. If that didn't help, tell us about your motherboard brand and model.
