It's does sound more like a delay, though, not like a reverb. You set latency/buffers/drivers in the Options dialogue.

Edit: Completely uninstalled and reinstalled Realtek which fixed the sound. I'm running a brand new Windows 10 laptop, today my audio (tested across multiple websites, browsers, in games and with different headphones) seems to have a reverb/echo effect.
