XMedia Recode has the option to "Copy" (instead of Converting) the video and encoding the audio only (and remuxing them) - I checked and it will convert to DTS at various rates . Encoders usually encode their audio into AAC with handbrake and such. But I'm not sure if handbrake can only touch the audio.
