    The amplifier is a TDA7265 with the -20V on the heat sink. There is a Mute/Standby function on the chip and I think this is what is preventing it from working. Based on the +V supply, the voltage needs to be -6V from that value across pin 5 to get the amp to fire up. Once I figure this out, I think I will be able to get the amp fired up and running.
