I have QuickTime 7.7 on a PC running Win 7 64-bit; a friend sent me a .mov file for a project we’re working on together. I can’t get it to play in QT - can hear the audio just fine. Have tried changing the preferences in QT as per several suggestions in this thread. None of them work. Downloaded the VLC player - same deal - audio but no video.
