BTW, in Qlab 3 the Active Cue list has an "x" to kill the cue with a 1 sec fade, it does not stop it abruptly. We just did 3 Musketeers and had fight music running during the fight scenes, and the Sound OP just used the Device and Levels Master slider to fade up and down the music when the actors would speak. A tad clunky but it worked fine.

Hi all! I'm currently head of video for a production I'm working on, which is completely new to me. I am very familiar with QLab for audio use, but I am struggling with a video sequence I'm trying to create. What I have is a video cue of a circular design spinning, pretty simple. In "Time & Loops" I have set the rate to 0.5 (half speed).

Got this from Sam Kusentz at Figuer53, QLab's creator. Have tested it and it works perfectly. The thing to remember is the "Fade" cue levels will determine the fade from/to levels of the targeted audio cue.In order: 1. Drag your first audio track into QLab to create Audio Cue 1. Set the audio levels of this first track will begin with and fade from in the Device & Levels tab.
