I've tried resetting the device back to its default state thinking it may be an incorrect setting but still nothing. It doesn't matter if I'm recording to the internal storage or using a USB flash drive or USB hdd.

Windows 7 - 32 bit with the latest drivers downloaded from hauppauge.com (pvr-150-500_2_0_48_25037_whql.zip). Windows 7 has all the updates from windows update. I remember it worked the first time, but after closing the encoder and a reboot, there was no way to get audio back. Thanks for looking at this!
