load-module module-tunnel-sink sink_name=rpi_tunnel server=tcp:192.168.2.13:4713 sink=bcm1 If you don't put a sink_name in, pulseaudio won't start. And you don't really need to reboot, just restart pulseaudio with (pulseaudio -k; pulseaudio)

Controlling PulseAudio from the Command Line. Controlling PulseAudio via pavucontrol is all very nice, but it's time consuming and fiddly: you have to do a lot of clicking in a lot of tabs any time you want to change anything.. Issue No audio output, output sink suspended. Running updated Manjaro KDE, sound would work but stop after inactivity. Restarting pulseaudio did not fix the issue, only rebooting the system.
