Virtualdub won't like it much because it is VBR MP3. Try AVI Demux. When you load it and it asks to build a timemap, say yes. Then re-save it with the video set to Copy, and the audio set to CBR MP3. That said, VBR MP3 should not worry the PS3. Is your PS3 firmware up to date ?
