    The PS3 can't handle the DTS track at this time and it will have to be converted to AC3. There is a program called eac3to which will extract the video streams and convert the audio for you. If the video stream is VC-1 then that is a whole different ball of wax. It will need to be converted to AVCHD.

    It was pretty easy! Snag MKVToolnix ( http://www.videohelp.com/software/MKVtoolnix) input the video, deselect the track you don't want (in other words leave just the English audio) and hit remux. It will create another mkv (with a " (1)" in it).
