Thanks Nick. 👍 All I had to do was disable the Dolby Digital 5.1 Ch. sound format and the sound delay seems to have disappeared. I couldn't actually find my manual Sureboss. When I do though I'll be sure to have a read of it and see if I can improve the sound quality (if it's even possible with the automatic selected settings of the HDMI cable).

First I'll start by saying I use my PS3 to connect to my Plex server (via wired LAN, so no internet or wireless issues could be to blame). All the videos have a 200 ms audio sync issue. The audio is ahead of the video by 200 ms. When I select Options on the WD TV Live and select Audio Lip Sync and adjust the audio with a -200 ms delay, the audio is perfectly in sync. The 200 ms audio delay is consistent for the whole video (does not increase or decrease in duration).
