Most PS3 owners either bring the HDMI into their receiver, which goes to their speakers, then HDMI to the Projector. If you have computer speakers with no receiver, do they have a Digital Coaxial input, or (better yet) a Digital Optical input ? You can use the digital optical output of the PS3 for audio, and just send video over HDMI.

#4 The PS3 has an HDMI output, not an input. Connect it to the LG system and it will switch between sources inc. its own built in player. You will effectively be using the LG as an HDMI switch. If you have a TV as well as a projector, you will need a 3D compatible HDMI splitter.

Make sure you have HDMI connection sending video and the rca outs sending sound. By default, it only outputs HDMI unless you change it in the settings. All these settings are on the ps3. Scratch that. I just saw a picture of the back of your projector. The vga has no audio input.
