Settings if your interested in getting the 5.1 are set handbrake to PS3, then change the format to mkv. Go to Video and slide the constant quality slider to 70%. If your using a DVD thats 5.1, go to audio and set audio to AC3 5.1 if thats available on your DVD, set audio codec to AC3. When saving your destination make sure you save it as an mkv.

Handbrake 0.94 no longer has presets for PS3 and Xbox 360. The devs don't use the devices so they wont create profiles for them. I have copied the presets from 0.93 and have attached them to this post. I can confirm the PS3 one works, but not the xbox 360 (becuase I don't have one). To get them running in Handbrake 0.94, simply save the attachment(s).
