Thanks for all of the help with the audio questions neo, I imported all of my cds today on my ps3 with 320 kbps mp3 and they sound awesome with the 44.1 khz. Your PS3 will play wav lossless. Thats what i use & I can't tell the diff from my CDs. Sounds much better than mp3 (320kbps). I play my favorite music off a 32GB USB flash drive.

For that case, the higher the quality, the better. Last I checked, the "upsampling" frequency was used to determine SACD re-sampling frequency (though the PS3's audio output settings should really control this and allow up to 192kHz). Bottom line. You will get the best SACD playback by having "upsampling" turned on.
