The PS Audio HCA-2 shows it's abilities in my system in well. This amp has an extraordinary ability to reproduce true dynamics. Percussive sounds like drum strikes, piano, cymbals, etc., take on a real dynamic that can only be reproduced if the amp can deliver current at lightning speed. This amp does it in spades.

Two diff. people have directly compared the PS Audio HCA-2 to the AV-R's eARTwo amp, and said it's not even close at all!! While the PS Audio's called very good by both, this amp is knocking them out! Both call it reference quality -as have pro reviewers. I'll get mine next week. The eARTwo is currently $3000 250W x 2 @ 8ohms and 500W x 2 @4ohms.
