PS Audio has just released new DAC that is the successor to the D-Link III and is in the same price range as the D-Link III. It is very new and have seen no reviews of it yet. That should make a used D-Link III even more affordable. As good as this DAC is, I wonder how much better PS Audio's new DAC might be compared to the D-Link III.

The PS Audio does reclock the signal to a certain extent, but nothing like a dedicated reclocker designed specifically for this purpose. The PS Audio Digital Lens is coming out, but I haven't heard a solid date on when it will be released. If you can wait this (PSA Digital Lens) may be a more reasonably priced option.
