Audio crackling - Project64 Forums

Take for instance, Goemon's Great Adventure (U) [!], the game runs full speed 100% never slowing down once, and yet, the audio will skip every two or so seconds. This could be in part due to the way PJ64 handles the RSP emulation, having very poor audio timing altogether.

Stutter in all games - Project64 Forums

    http://forum.pj64-emu.com/showthread.php?t=7266
    - it doesn't behave like a lag, it's more like frame skipping/hiccup for few seconds at a time. - it happens whatever the settings or plugins are, but only with project64. - Mupen64plus and retroarch (with both ParaLLEI and m64plus next) don't have any problem, everything is smooth on them. And of course real hardware doesn't have the issue either.

Project64 fullscreen audio issues. Solved. Hey everybody. I'm using project 64 2.3.2.202. Video Plugin is GlideN64 Public Release 4.0. Audio plugin is either Jabo's 1.7.0.7 or Azimers HLE Audio v0.56 WIP2. Everything works fine if I run it in a window. However I'm running it off a pc to a TV so I'd like to play it fullscreen.

How to replicate the problem: From EmulationStation, select your Dreamcast/N64 games of choice. Specifically, I've been testing with CrazyTaxi (Dreamcast) or 007 - The World is Not Enough, Bust-A-Move 2 - Arcade (N64). I randomly tried a few other games from both N64 and Dreamcast, and they all have the same audio stuttering issues.
