    So here is my fix. Start ---> Run ---> type in: dxdiag ---> click on the sound tab ---> under Direct X features, bring your slider on Basic Acceleration. If you have audio problems, post here to lemme know if this fixed your problem. This should/could fix your problem. If not, slide the slider a bit further. Hopefully this helps.

I need to do a PR to cap speed when sync using audio is off. At moment, sync using audio uses azimer's prevent buffer overruns option to sync to audio.
