The FLV was perfectly in sync, but after processing with handbrake the mkv obtained had the progressive audio sync problem starting from the the 50% of playback reaching an offset of a couple seconds within ~45m playback. Progressive audio/video desync · Issue #60 · Palakis/obs ...

    https://github.com/Palakis/obs-ndi/issues/60
Basically, the desync is caused by audio frame timestamps from OBS A not in sync with the internal audio timestamp of OBS B. Thus, OBS B detects a potential issue and decides to increase its internal audio buffer (notified by the "adding x milliseconds of audio buffering"). The latest stable release of obs-ndi gives to OBS the audio timestamps ...

One problem with other DVD ripping software is getting the correct frame rate, have you noticed audio sync problems with other products you've used? Our software will detect Progressive 24hz DVD's and set the correct frame rate accordingly. I get the feeling most of these rippers are written in region 2 and PAL has something to do with it.

I can take an mp4 or MPEG-2 file that has no problems with the audio being out of sync with the video and put it in encore it is out of sync. If you have multiple audio clips in the audio track you can just go to the beginning of the track & do Shift+I to trim a few frames off the inpoint of the audio. As long as you have ripple delete disabled , your audio track will then shift to the left hopefully fixing some of the sync issues If it's more of background music, you can still do ...

The cutscenes start out fine, but the video moves slightly slower than the audio so the delay gets worse as the cutscene continues. Same issue here using Series X. Great game but this issue is ruining the story experience for me too and needs fixed ASAP. /r/MortalKombat is the developer supported, kommunity-run subreddit for the Mortal Kombat ...

My DV88P, even with "Progressive" audio delay selected still has noticeable lip sync issues. I'm only viewing on a projector at the moment, so I can't be sure whether the issue is projector or DV88P related. For some reason it only seems to be noticeable on PAL Progressive though. NTSC is fine.

Progressive Audio Desync · Issue #86 · Palakis/obs-ndi ...

    https://github.com/Palakis/obs-ndi/issues/86
Palakis commented on Jan 13, 2018. The desync appears to be unrelated obs-ndi if the "adding audio buffering" messages appear only on the gaming computer. Some sources (except game capture, desktop capture and browser source) are known to possibly cause desync. In your Desktop Audio source, try disabling "Use device timestamps".

If audio resampling is also turned off at the same time (see below), disabling this option can result in lost audio/video sync. - - Insert null frames when captured frames are too far apart. In the capture information panel, null frames (usually dupes of previous or following frames) display as the number of "inserted frames".

Xilisoft - comment and tips | iLounge Forums

    https://forums.ilounge.com/threads/xilisoft-comment-and-tips.217205/
Update - Actually - the audio/video sync problem is most often cause by the option 'Detect progressive 24hz' being on. The first 3 'problem' dvds I tried to re-rip with this option disabled, all came out perfectly. The suggestion to disable that option came from Xilisoft tech support, and it appears to correct audio sync problems if they occur.
