I found one black usb port in my laptop which is 2.0 USB and the sound now is ok. I think that manufacturer could write about it in their user's guide.

This is the level of "gain" or amplification applied to the channel that will cause the channel to produce noise on its own. For the AudioBox USB, if the input gain is turned to the maximum, or near maximum, static or "white noise" sounds may appear. This is normal for almost any recording interface, and is an inherent facet of digital audio.
