Yess, when i brought it back they had audio! But anyway- I finally got it- I uninstalled Premiere and then i downloaded the older version in the adobe clouds and was able to open and I just exported with audio- I'm literally crying of happiness! haha I really don't know what is up with the new adobe version 15.0 but im sticking with the 14.9! thanks for the help!

The thing is, I created a sequence with 3 audio tracks: the track 1 is a song, and the other two are just some duplicated voice-over. When I export the .MP4 file with the standard AAC audio of Premiere Export, only the song is playing in every other source I put the video (Vimeo, Instagram, other machines I tried, Google Drive).

Open the Audio Mixer, choose Window > Audio Clip Mixer > [Sequence Name] or Window > Audio Track Mixer > [Sequence Name]. In the Timeline panel, look at the box at the left. If the M next to any of the tracks is highlighted, the audio is muted. Click M to turn sound on.

Below is a copy of my answer from here: Premiere Pro audio muffled and distorted on export. (I have tried to flag this as duplicate, but cannot because the answer wasn't accepted). This might be because you are exporting a stereo audio file which has one channel phase reversed, and then it is being played back in mono.
