Im doing this: right click on video file in premiere, then make a sequence from selected track (or video or smth like that) and then copy it and paste to my main sequence. Only one fix that's working for me.. Thing is, it doesn't show up as a video file it shows up as an audio file, so if I make a new sequence still only audio pops up.
