    Whilst this is (at least conceivably) possible with Jack and Portaudio, it looks as if it isn't really the way that Portaudio is intended to work. If I've understood the previous posts, it seems like this might be achievable by setting filters but I doubt if Jack is currently using that mechanism (hopefully, Stephane will prove me wrong!).
