Normally my remuxer of choice would be tsmuxer, but that only outputs .ts and .m2ts files, and I need to output .vobs because my DVDs are arranged in video_ts format.

Yes, Have a Popcorn Hour A-100 and IstarHD Mini. ... TsMuxer has some issues with TrueHD. I would have audio dropouts when using tsmuxer on TrueHD titles. I have just made it a standard procedure to demux with eac3to. I let it handle any True-HD to ac3 conversion. Personal preference I guess.
