All of the TVs get this message about every 30-90 seconds: "Playback failed. No audio/video data packets received from server." Blank recordings can be caused by bad guide data (two reboots in an hour should force a guide data reload), low signal levels on one or more transponders, failing electronics in the system or the DVR itself.
