1) Go to Bluetooth Devices and select the headset under Audio Devices and click the Properties at the bottom. Select the services tab and make sure you have Headset checked, check all necessary and click OK. In Device Manager under Sound it's there as Bluetooth Hands-free Audio In Mixer it shows a headphone icon and the volume is full and not muted. My sound theme is Windows default I use Skype, Go To Meeting, Live Messenger and MagicJack which all work with a plug in headset or system speakers.
