Try every audio option ONE AT A TIME and note performance ( do not ignore the 'one at a time' rule). Repeat this with the video settings (the audio will stutter if the CPU gets bogged down. While it's unlikely that your GPU is the bottle neck, being that it's an emulator, absolutely everything has to go through the CPU).

Hey guys, Sorry for being pretty vague here, new to using PCSX2. I've done as much digging, searching as possible, tested every option in every plugin for audio, but I simply can't get any output what so ever in game from FFXII.

If you look at when the narrator reads, you will see that the frames skip to in the high hundreds. To solve this, go to your CPU config and select the option "Limit - Force frames to normal speeds if too fast" in the top right-hand corner. When I did that I had no more problems.
