PCM is not a supported audio codec in MP4 containers. Some vendors violate this; for example Sony puts PCM in the MP4's geneated by their A7s camera. You can use a MOV container though. As for getting AE to generate PCM, I've never tried it myself. If it doesnt support it can you always mux it in using ffmpeg.
