Audioholic Intern. Mar 28, 2019. #3. Outlaw these days will only do tech support via an online ticketing system that they control. They have denied me access to that. Their email doesn't go to an email account, it redirects to this ticketing system. They do not answer on the sales line (but they know my phone number) it goes straight to voice mail.

That said, Outlaw 976 has its owner's thread, and reasonable review. Additionally, Outlaw Audio has their own forum as well (aptly named "saloon"). Personally, I think Outlaw Audio 976 requires a fairly adequate knowledge of AV components, when it comes to setting everything up, especially tweaking the PEQ and running REW sweeps.
