Digital (optical) Audio output problem on Mac mini. Recently there are some problems with digital audio output in my mac mini. I use an external amplifier and connect it with optical fiber. I found that AC3 or DTS audio output to the amplifier is OK and I can hear the sound. But other audio output is not OK. The speaker icon in the top is grey, and can't adjust the volume.
