I don't know whether you'll find one with optical audio out, because nothing transmitted on Freeview is in Dolby Digital, only stereo or Dolby surround at best, both analogue. The only reason Sky+ and Sky HD have optical audio out is to allow DD5.1 signals to be transmitted to a DD capable amp, that's why standard Sky boxes don't have it.

I then have the "TV Out" 3.5 to the Home Theater "TV In." The "TV out" to the receiver doesn't work in the RGB/Comp mode. I thought whatever comes out of the TV would come out of the TV out, but it doesn't seem to. I can't remember, if it worked after this, but I switched the HDMI audio from my DVR to the Home Theater to Digital Optical.
