Updated AirVideo, Safari videos, EyeTV, either stream only audio or do not stream at all. However, through the iPhone 4 with iOS 4.3, I do sometimes get video and audio streaming with AirVideo and EyeTV (and even SlingMobile, which curiously doesn't have an AirPlay control but was streaming anyway for a while today), but with iPad 2, it doesn't.
