    Also tried clearing CMOS with jumper by full power turn off (plugged out power cord then clear power residue by pressing power button), wait for a minute or so, then switch the pin to 2 & 3 (according to mobo manual) for about 10 seconds, switch it back to 1 & 2, then turn on my pc again.
