Also tried clearing CMOS with jumper by full power turn off (plugged out power cord then clear power residue by pressing power button), wait for a minute or so, then switch the pin to 2 & 3 (according to mobo manual) for about 10 seconds, switch it back to 1 & 2, then turn on my pc again. Lets try uninstalling the audio drivers in the device manager, if you expand the Sound Video and Game controllers section. right click on the Audio device and select uninstall, then reboot and point windows at the driver folder you created earlier.
